Our goal is to ensure a satisfied client with every purchase, however, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT ONLY. A 10% restock will be assessed to all items that are not found to be defective. Discounted items, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and virgin hair are FINAL SALE. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and must have all original tags still attached!
- Items are received by PinkCity no later than10 days from the item receipt date
- Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt with your return in addition to the reason for the return
We recommend that all items that are sent back are accompanied with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit.

Once we receive and inspect your item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, at which time you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes. However, if we find any signs that the returned item is not in the original receipt condition, we reserve the right to not accept the return, upon which time you will have the option to pay for the item to be returned to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable and client is responsible for return shipping costs.
